Rental customers at times need to exchange for a larger size instrument, or to have repairs or adjustments made. Simply call us, or contact us by e-mail, and we will ship you another instrument. You can then return the first instrument. This enables you to avoid long delays and missed lessons.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE:
Each instrument we send out is carefully adjusted and inspected to assure quality and playability. There are times, however, when repair or maintenance is required. Our professional staff is equipped to handle such emergencies quickly and efficiently.
